 IAS GHANA (Licensee of Federal Express), whose parent Company was registered as Integrated Air Services in 1991, is a wholly owned Ghanaian company with partnership agreement among shareholders. IAS Ghana was incorporated under the Companies code (1963) of Ghana. Currently, IAS GHANA (Licensee of Federal Express) has offices in all the 10 Regional Capitals and major District Capitals in Ghana. Not only that, IAS GHANA (Licensee of Federal Express) also has a total of 25 collection centres strategically dotted in the City of Accra for documents and parcels. 

Having exhibited sterling performances on the Domestic scene since its inception, the Company, IAS GHANA LTD, got affiliated to Federal Express Corporation whose Worldwide Headquarters is based in Memphis, Tennessee, in The USA.

By a Franchise Agreement in 1993, FedEX International Corporation signed on IAS GHANA LTD as its Licensee in Ghana. It was this international business arrangement between the two parties which gave birth to IAS GHANA (Licensee of Federal Express) in March 1993.

Under this strategic Partnership agreement, IAS GHANA (Licensee of Federal Express) has access to FedEX Global Network of over 220 countries worldwide. IAS GHANA (Licensee of Federal Express) reports directly to The FedEX office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which is the Head Office for all business activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa. IAS GHANA LTD, Licensee of Federal Express Corporation, always puts you, our customer at the heart of everything that we do. As an Air and Ground express courier Company IAS GHANA (Licensee of Federal Express) provides fast, trackable, traceable and time-sensitive delivery service of shipments ranging from documents to parcels from the rest of the World to various destinations in Ghana and vice-versa.

IAS GHANA LTD also operates express and freight services with their operating names as IAS Xpress and IAS Freight respectively.
